GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refundable booking - Cancellation, no show, amendment, if any,
should be intimated at least 24 hours in advance or a one day
retention charge will be levied accordingly.
Refunds:

Refunded amounts are generally returned within 5 - 7 business
days; however, the length of time required for the funds to be
credited to your account is determined by your financial
institution. Please check with your financial institution on their
specific rules regarding returned or refunded transactions.

Refunds limited to 1 per booking. If your travel arrangements
are subject to more than one change, it may be necessary to
cancel the entire booking; any eligible refunds will be sent to
your financial institution to credit your account in accordance
with its policies. Rebooking your travel will require a new and
separate payment.

Hotel Transit Private Ltd. (T24 Residency) has no obligation to
issue refunds if:

Hotel Transit Private Ltd. (T24 Residency) received
payment ninety (90) or more days prior to our receipt of
the refund request for a booking transaction;

the purchase requires more than one refund or credit;
-
in response to a disputed booking appearing on your
statement from your financial institution, your financial
institution issues you a refund for the disputed booking
transaction and sends Hotel Transit Private Limited (T24
Residency) a charge back on the transaction (a charge
back reverses the payment you made to Hotel Transit
Private Limited (T24 Residency) for the refunded
transaction);

the booking is for non-refundable travel products or services;

you cannot provide us with full and accurate information
required to complete the refund or credit;

the refund request has already processed through HDFC
Bank but has not yet applied to the originating source of
the payment;

the refund request directs Hotel Transit Private Limited
(T24 Residency) to issue the refund to a different financial
institution than the source where the original payment
was received; or
-
Hotel Transit Private Limited (T24 Residency) did not
receive the payment for which the refund request is made
due to force majeure or other causes beyond our direct
control.

Refunds requiring special handling may result in a delayed
return of the funds:

In the event a refund cannot be handled within standard refund
protocols or to process a refund after 90 days, you may be
asked to supply additional information and to provide
documentation of the original charge. Information disclosed to
Hotel Transit Private Limited (T24 Residency) for the purposes
of processing a customer refund will be protected in

Non Refundable booking: Cancellation, no show, amendment, if any, 100%
cancellation charges will be applicable.
